About Us
We show up,
we deliver, and we leave
things better than we found them.
MITC was founded by practitioners with real experience inside complex government programmes. People who knew there was a better way to do it. We are a certified ethnic minority-owned organisation, and our diversity is not a footnote: it is the reason our thinking is sharper, our teams more adaptable, and our culture one that people genuinely want to be part of.
Ethnic Minority-Owned
We are a proudly diverse organisation, certified as an ethnic minority-owned business. This identity shapes how we think, how we hire, and how we show up for our clients and communities.
Public Sector & Financial Services
Our deep domain knowledge spans central government, local authorities, HMRC, DWP, and regulated financial institutions. We do not just understand the sector. We have worked inside it.
Outcomes Over Everything
We focus relentlessly on results. Our engagements are measured by the operational improvements and cost savings we deliver, not the hours we log or the slides we write.
Our Mission
We believe better data makes better government.
Every dataset holds a decision waiting to be made. Every citizen interaction holds an insight. We help public sector organisations unlock what their data is telling them, and use it to deliver services that work better for real people.
By combining data-led strategy with genuine delivery experience, we help government teams move from intention to impact: modernising operations, improving citizen services, and building digital capabilities that last long after our engagement ends.
Precision
We value accuracy over approximation. Our solutions are engineered with rigour and backed by evidence, because in the environments we work in, the margin for error is small.
Integrity
We tell our clients the truth about what is needed, what is broken, and what it will take to fix it. No overselling, no shortcuts, and no surprises on day sixty.
Inclusion
As an ethnic minority-owned organisation, diversity is not a policy. It is who we are. Our teams bring lived experience that makes our thinking richer and our solutions more human.
Delivery
We are measured by outcomes, not outputs. Our clients remember us for what we actually built and changed, not the decks we presented along the way.
Our Advisors
Distinguished leaders who share our conviction.
Our advisory board brings together senior leaders from defence, government, and the technology industry. Their guidance, networks, and hard-won wisdom help us navigate the most complex environments our clients face.
Senior Advisor
ACM Sir Stephen HillierGCB CBE DFC
Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Hillier served as Chief of the Air Staff from 2016 to 2019, the most senior officer in the Royal Air Force. During a distinguished 39-year military career he commanded forces in the Gulf War and Iraq War, earning the Distinguished Flying Cross and the United States Bronze Star Medal. He led the RAF's modernisation and digital transformation programmes before being appointed Chair of the Civil Aviation Authority in 2020. Sir Stephen brings unparalleled strategic expertise in defence technology, national security, and large-scale organisational transformation to MITC's advisory board.
Senior Advisor
Paul Scully
Paul Scully served as Member of Parliament for Sutton and Cheam from 2015 to 2024. In government he held three ministerial roles: Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Small Business, Consumers and Labour Markets; Minister for London; and Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Tech and the Digital Economy, where he shaped national policy on artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and the UK's technology competitiveness. His direct experience of how government procures, funds, and deploys technology provides MITC with an authoritative perspective on public sector strategy and digital policy.
