ONE IPO Data Mobilisation: Master Data and Digital Transformation
Led the data mobilisation phase for UK IPO's five-year ONE IPO transformation, delivering master data management, cross-system APIs and a data governance framework to replace legacy systems from the early 2000s.
The Challenge
Legacy IT data systems implemented in the early 2000s were creating inefficiencies for UK IPO to provide end client services. There was a lack of data understanding within the organisation, leaving the department unable to make use of data for informed decision making.
Our Solution
Secured buy-in from Senior Leadership to put data at the forefront of the programme. Prepared and executed a robust programme plan for a five-year multi-disciplinary transformation. Delivered industry-recognised tools for data governance and data management. Built APIs for cross-system collaboration between World IPO, EU IPO and UK IPO.
The Outcome
Enabled the creation of an integrated ONE IPO system across World IPO, EU IPO and UK IPO. Different teams and functions within UK IPO now have seamless integration for collaboration. For the first time, UK IPO has the data understanding needed for informed decision making.
