The Challenge
DWP was struggling with an outdated technology supplier system that was not meeting current demands. The department required better insight across its facilities management estate for finance invoicing, third-party supplier management and reporting for public funds.

Implemented a digital solution with customer experience first in mind. Provided a data solution covering management, governance and reporting. Set up a cloud-based telephony solution with call centre support to run business as usual operations.

Enabled an efficient ecosystem for internal staff to work with third-party supply chain. Transfer of a large data pool from an outdated solution to a simplified new platform.
